Today starts a special 10th Anniversary challenge over at the Passion for Promarkers blog.
I have created a card using a lovely Conie Fong image called Leilani and coloured her with Promarkers. For the card I used white cardstock, 2 pieces of designer paper, doily edge punch, tule ribbon, frame die cut, and flatback pearls.
